Through my long and successful career, I have acquired experience and expertise in a variety of fields. Most notably in project marketing, site acquisitions, feasibilities, strata conversions, residential / commercial property Sales, Auctions, Leasing and Management.

I have been through many Real Estate cycles and have negotiated the sale of property at times when interest rates were as high as 20% or at times when finance was almost impossible to obtain.
Intimate knowledge of the market, communication and negotiation skills coupled to sterling service is my secret of success.

I have been recognised officially by the Housing Industry Association with an award for outstanding project marketing and by Randwick City Council for quality of service.

I have been actively involved with the community, as a secretary and president of the Kingsford Chamber of Commerce Inc, for a number of years and as past president of the Rotary Club of Kensington.
